CORNBREAD SALADby Carol Greenway-Holland2 pkgs of Jiffy Cornbread cooked and crumbled in large bowl I chop l bell green bell pepper l large onion chopped 2 medium tomatoes chopped (sometime I use pimientos instead) l/2 cup of salad dressing. I mix it all together and let it set in the refrigerator for a hour at least before serving!!!!! I salt and pepper to our taste.The longer it last the better…
